CNHF is a full-service Medicare-certified healthcare provider with access points in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. Founded in 1967, its guiding principle for nearly five decades has been the efficient and effective delivery of culturally competent care to its multi-ethnic patient community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, implementation of the Affordable Care Act has paved the way for CNHF to make important strides in reversing negative health status trends and reducing many of the health disparities that plague its neighborhoods.
